These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KemetShop website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About KemetShop

KemetShop provides products for sale through its online store. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on the website.

2) Eligibility & Account Information

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and
The information you provide (name, address, phone, email) is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (if you create an account) and for activities under your account.

3) Orders & Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we process and dispatch the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or issues with availability, pricing, or product listing errors.

4) Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in EGP unless otherwise stated.
We aim to display accurate product information and prices; however, errors may occur. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and notify you.
Payment options and requirements (if any) are shown at checkout.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes:

Cairo & Giza: Same-day delivery (subject to coverage and order confirmation time).
Other governorates: Delivery within up to 3 business days.

Shipping fee:

Flat shipping cost: 50 EGP per order, shown at checkout.

Customer availability & address accuracy:

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reachable.
Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability may lead to rescheduling.

6) Returns & Refunds (Defective Items Only)

We accept return/refund requests within 14 days of delivery only if the defect is from our side, such as:

Damaged product on arrival (leakage, broken item, seal issue due to shipping/packaging),
Manufacturing defect,
Wrong item delivered.

To request a return/refund, contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, and we will cover return shipping when the defect is confirmed as our responsibility.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or misuse/storage issues after delivery.

7) Product Information & Use

We strive to describe products accurately, including ingredients, storage guidance, and usage. However:

Natural products may have normal variations (color, aroma, sediment) that do not indicate a defect.
You are responsible for reading product labels and any provided instructions.
If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional before use where relevant.

8) Promotions, Discounts & Gift Items

Promotions and discount codes:

Are subject to availability and specific conditions.
May be limited in time and can be modified or discontinued.
Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Free gifts or promotional items may not be refundable unless defective.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on KemetShop (logos, product images, text, designs, and website materials) is owned by or licensed to KemetShop and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful activities,
Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality,
Misrepresent your identity or payment information,
Abuse return/refund claims or attempt fraud.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law:

KemetShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data such as your name, phone number, and address to fulfill orders and provide customer support.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of [insert jurisdiction: Egypt / Germany / other], and disputes will be handled by the competent courts in [insert city], unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
