Refund & Return Policy (Defective Items Only)

At KemetShop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a defect that is caused by us (wrong item, damaged on arrival due to packaging/handling, leakage, broken seal, or manufacturing defect), you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
1) Eligibility (Defects From Our Side)
You are eligible for a return/refund if:

The product arrived damaged (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, crushed packaging affecting the item).

The product has a manufacturing defect or is not as described.

You received the wrong item.
Requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
2) Not Eligible (Non-Defect Reasons)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference (taste, aroma, etc.).

Incorrect use, storage, or handling after delivery.

Normal natural variation in olive oil (color/sediment) that does not affect safety or quality.

Orders with opened/used products (unless required to verify a defect).

Discounted items, gift cards, or promotional/free items (unless defective).
3) What You Need to Provide

The defect/damage

4) Return Options & Costs

If the defect is confirmed to be from our side, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement (free of charge), or

Refund, or

Store credit (if you prefer)

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping when the defect is confirmed as our responsibility.
5) Refund Processing Time

Once your claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within [5–10] business days.

6) Wrong Item Delivered
If you received the wrong item:

Do not open/use the product (if possible)
