We deliver across Egypt with fast, reliable shipping.

1) Delivery Timeframes

  • Cairo & Giza: Same-day delivery (for eligible areas and orders confirmed early enough).

  • Other Governorates: Delivery within up to 3 business days.

2) Shipping Fees

  • Flat shipping fee: 50 EGP per order.

  • The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3) Order Processing

Orders are processed after order confirmation. During high-demand periods, deliveries may take slightly longer. If any delay happens, we will notify you.

4) Same-Day Delivery Notes (Cairo & Giza)

Same-day delivery depends on:

  • Delivery zone coverage

  • Courier availability

  • Order confirmation time

If same-day delivery is not possible, the order will be delivered the next business day.

5) Delivery Attempt & Customer Availability

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number and address are correct.

  • You are available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If the courier cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled.

6) Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
